1. Information We Collect
1.1 User Profile Information
- First name and gender are collected to create a basic user profile.
- You must set a unique username, which will be visible to all players. Please avoid using sensitive personal information in your username.
- Avatar or profile picture will be visible to all players. Although users can set thier avatar from free and paid images provided by jongo, paid users may optionally upload a custom profile picture.
1.2 Game & Social Features
- Game history, statistics (games played, games won), and achievements are collected to enhance gameplay and social features. All jongo users can see statistics
- Users can find other users using username and also can send and receive friend requests, join rooms via invite codes, and block or remove friends.
1.3 Advertising & Rewards
- The App displays advertisements (including rewarded ads) through third-party ad providers. These may collect device identifiers or usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
- Users can earn coins and gems by viewing ads or through gameplay.
1.4 Payments
- Users may purchase monthly passes, gems, coins, dice faces, or profile pictures through Google Play or Apple App Store billing. Payment data will be handled by those platforms. We do not store card or bank details.
1.5 Device & Log Data
- We may collect non-personal information such as device type, operating system, IP address, and gameplay logs to improve the App.
1.6 Authentication and account recovery
- Currently, users can recover accounts using a username and secret recovery code. Temporary codes can also be generated. Later, Google and Apple authentication will be added. Paid users must authenticate via Google or Apple before making purchases.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and improve gameplay and App functionality.
- Enable social features such as friend requests, game invitations, and room joining.
- Personalize your profile and user experience.
- Display relevant advertisements and reward ads.
- Maintain account recovery and gameplay history.
- Communicate important updates, transactions, or support messages.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited information with:
- Other users (via profiles, usernames, and game history).
- With trusted third-party service providers (e.g., ad networks, analytics) who support our operations under confidentiality agreements.
- With legal authorities if required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect our rights, property, or user safety.
4. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure. Users are advised to protect their recovery codes and avoid sharing them.
5. User Controls
- You may update your profile information (first name, gender, username, profile picture if eligible).
- You may remove friends, block users, or adjust social interactions.
- You may choose whether to watch rewarded ads.
- Account recovery is possible via username and recovery codes.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 years and above. If you are under 13, please do not use the App. If we learn that a child’s personal information has been collected without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.
7. External Links & Third Parties
The App may display ads or links to external services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, ad networks, or payment processors. Please review their policies separately.
